  • Do I have to pay upfront?
    All orders are to be paid in full within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. If they are not paid in full, then you will risk losing your spot on my cookie calendar.
  • How long do the cookies stay fresh?
    Cookies come individually heat-sealed in a cellophane bag for freshness. They stay fresh for 7-10 days placed in an airtight container and stored in a cool, dry place. You can also freeze them by placing heat-sealed cookies in an airtight container and in the freezer for up to 3 months. Thaw cookies in container at room temperature for several hours. Do not open the lid until completely thawed. Never thaw cookies in the refrigerator!
  • Do you offer refunds?
    Refunds will not be issued for: minor cracks in the frosting, craters (indents in the royal icing) minor chips of the cookie, or minor bleeding. (Dark colors have a tendency to bleed and there is no way to prevent this, but I do my best to minimize it!) If I made an error in the cookie, (wrong spelling, color, etc.) only the cookies affected will be discounted/refunded.
  • What if I need to cancel my order?
    In the case that your event is cancelled or postponed, you are required to cancel within two weeks prior to receive a full refund. Any cancellation after the two week period will result in a credit to use in the future, or a 50% refund.
  • How far in advance do I need to order?
    All orders must be made 2 weeks in advance or will result in a 20% rush order fee.
